About the Role

As the Revenue Management Lead, you will be responsible for optimizing revenue, pricing strategies, and content management. You will work closely with marketing teams, supply managers, and finance teams to maximize profitability, enhance customer experience, and drive sustainable business growth.

This role requires analytical expertise, market intelligence, and a strategic mindset to optimize supplier contracts, enhance pricing models and maintain competitive positioning in the travel and hospitality industry.

What You Will Do

  • Revenue Strategy & Optimization: Develop and execute data-driven pricing strategies to optimize revenue across flights and hotels, collaborate with product and tech teams to enhance pricing algorithms and automation
  • Partner & Supplier Management: Work with hotel and flight consolidators and partners to optimize contracts and revenue-sharing models, negotiate commission structures and incentives to maximize OTA earnings
  • Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring: Track key revenue KPIs, conduct A/B testing to identify optimal pricing structures, generate revenue forecasts and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Align revenue goals with marketing, sales, and finance teams to drive profitable growth, support the business development team in securing high-value partnerships
  • Competitive Benchmarking & Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor pricing strategies, promotions, and industry trends, adapt to emerging travel trends, seasonality, and consumer preferences, provide insights on market expansion, new geographies, and untapped revenue streams

What We're Looking For

  • 12+ years of experience in revenue management, pricing strategy, or yield management (preferably in the travel, airline, or hospitality industry)
  • Strong expertise in data analytics, forecasting, and dynamic pricing models
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau, Google Analytics, and revenue management systems (RMS)
  • Experience working with AI/ML-driven pricing strategies and automation tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven decision-making approach
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for stakeholder and supplier engagement
  • Ability to handle high-paced, competitive, and evolving market conditions
