Sales Executive (Junior/Mid)

Ganit Inc. is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Bangalore/Mumbai/Delhi. This role is perfect for individuals looking to grow in sales, with responsibilities including lead generation, cold calling, sales presentations, and client relationship management while supporting the achievement of business revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team in achieving revenue goals and driving business growth.

Generate leads and build a pipeline through cold calling, research, and outreach.

Deliver engaging sales presentations showcasing Ganits products/services.

Conduct field sales activities, meeting with clients and prospects in person to build relationships and close deals.

Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to support sales strategies.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to deliver client solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Required Skills & Experience:

1-4 years in sales or a related role with a proven track record.

Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.

Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and converting prospects.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Self-motivated, able to work independently, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
