Responsible for liasioning with the govt authorities, i.e. PF, ESIC, DDF, Labor department Resolve grievances of workers Create awareness among the workers about the government schemes Ensure pre planning of manpower & recruitment of workers.°Monitor the worker's health & safety issues and take necessary step. Conduct employee engagement activities. Maintain documents for social audit MSW passed from, institute under Punjab Factory Act°
