Role & responsibilities
Prepare Payroll of Employees
Maintain & Update Leave Records
Attend to employees queries
Maintain HR Intranet portal & policies
Prepare PF & ESI Reports, Challans, etc.
Maintain Database of Joint & Resign Employee
Hiring, screen, posting jobs, interviewing co-ordination
Prepare Offer Letter, Appointment, Confirmation, Relieving Letter
Maintain Legal Compliance Registers
Hands on approach and good in Microsoft Office especially Advanced Excel
Handling the Manpower Planning & recruitment activities- assisting in short listing, Screening & Scheduling Interviews Maintaining the Resume Database
Preparing & sending the manpower MIS including Recruitments / Resignations on a regular basis
Act as a central point of reference for internal and external queries, attending telephonic calls/ emails etc and ensuring that messages are recorded and reported on in a timely manner, including contact with staff and managers
Prepare and Manage vendors database.
Grievance handling of employees and also support taking disciplinary action where required
Assist in administration and ensure timely completion of the Performance Appraisal Assessment for employees.
Support in Policy & Process formulation & implementation manuals and implementing them
Responsible for Maintenance of files, Audit of personal files, working out compensation for new entrants, confirmations and final settlements
Assist in Statutory compliances and accounting of PF, ESI, Insurance policies, Gratuity, Medical cover for the employees, etc
Responsible for Payroll Management, and General Office Administration, etc
Assist the team to implement and maintain relevant admin systems to support HR operations
Handling Time Office and maintenance of attendance & leave records
Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries
Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment
Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
Assist in the recruitment process
Liaise with recruitment agencies
Exceptional organizational and administrative skills
Experience in office management
Good written and spoken English and presentation skills
Experience and ability to use MS Office word, excel and power-point, outlook, etc
Confident personality
Enthusiastic, proactive, flexible and constructive approach
Able to exercise discretion, high levels of initiative and independent decision
Ability to prioritize own work load and work to tight time scales & deadlines
Ability to deal with a wide range of public and private qualities/attributes
Ability to work with and engage staff at all levels within the organization
Able to remain positive and constructive under pressure
Ability to use own initiative and make decisions within sphere of work and knowledge
Preferred candidate profile
Post Graduate qualifications in Human Resources from a reputed institute with
5 years of experience in HR related areas with a proven track record in past performance
In-depth knowledge and understanding of talent acquisition; compensation and reward; learning and talent management; employee relations; organizational planning and change management
Strong capability in managing dynamic and matrix relations with different stakeholders
Excellent influencing, communication and presentation skills
