- Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients and build long-term partnerships.

- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients.
- Strategic Account Planning
- Develop and execute account plans tailored to client business goals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews for accounts to track progress and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaboration and Team Coordination
- Work with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, support) to deliver exceptional service to clients.
- Provide mentorship to junior account executives as needed.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting
- Monitor client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth KPIs.
- Prepare detailed reports for management on account performance.
- Market and Competitor Analysis
- Stay informed about industry trends to provide value-driven insights to clients.
- Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution
- Handle client escalations and conflicts effectively.
- Budget and Resource Management
- Ensure alignment with budgets and manage resources efficiently for all client activities.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
