Responsibilities
Define and Drive Design Direction: Shape clear product design strategies that deliver elegant, functional, and human-centered experiences.
Navigate Ambiguity: Lead with a user-first perspective when exploring new product definitions, emerging technologies, and innovative experiences.
Hands-On Expertise: Execute design work across all stages of the product cycle, including prototyping, interaction design, research, and visual design systems.
Collaborate and Partner: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including product managers, engineers, researchers, and marketers, to craft seamless user experiences.
Champion User Needs: Leverage data-driven insights and user research to inform decisions, ensuring that our products resonate with diverse gaming professionals.
Mentorship and Leadership: Inspire and mentor team members by setting an example of excellence in craft, collaboration, and creativity.
Foster Culture and Innovation: Contribute to team processes, culture, and growth while promoting diversity, inclusion, and a growth mindset.
Expert Craftsmanship: Create aesthetic and meaningful designs that showcase excellent design skills.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelors or Master s degree in Design (Industrial, Product, Interaction, HCI, or related fields) or equivalent professional experience.
4+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work and specific contributions to impactful projects.
Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, content systems, and creating intuitive workflows.
Proficiency in design tools like Figma (or a willingness to adopt new tools).
Ability to craft and present design stories that communicate user experiences effectively and influence stakeholders.
Experience with accessible and inclusive design principles.
Understanding of web technologies and agile methodologies.
Preferred:
4+ years of experience shipping products, services, or platforms with end-to-end design processes.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present and persuade diverse audiences.
Proven collaboration skills, inspiring partnerships across disciplines.
Active thought leadership in UX trends, storytelling, and data-driven design processes.
