With a strong commitment to transforming the sports landscape, we specialize in designing, manufacturing, and installing sports surfaces, equipment, and turnkey projects for schools, colleges, residential complexes, corporates, and government institutions.


Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through effective sales strategies and relationship management. You will be responsible for establishing Gallant Sports as the preferred choice for sports infrastructure solutions among educational institutions, corporates, and government bodies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate the institutional market for sports infrastructure.
  • Identify and target potential clients within the education, corporate, and government sectors.
  • Promote Gallant Sports as the go-to brand for high-quality sports infrastructure.
  • Drive sales and achieve revenue targets by actively pursuing and closing deals for sports turf, tiles, PVC Vinyl, and turnkey projects.
  • Introduce and promote new air domes for grounds where pollution and sun prevent play.
  • Drive maintenance service sales for sports grounds.
  • Develop and manage sales strategies specifically for corporate clients.
  • Collaborate on CSR projects, contributing to grassroots sports infrastructure development in underserved areas.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine sales strategies.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in institutional sales, preferably in the sports infrastructure industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence decision-makers.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned state.
  • Familiarity with sports infrastructure products and industry trends is a plus.
