GHRSS - Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for end to end hiring for HR hiring vertical, HRSS hiring.
• Manage hiring needs for various GHRSS sub verticals HRIS/TAGS/Ops and provide end to end recruitment support to the UK ,US,APAC business.
• Partner with business to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage business expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment. Must be able to understand how to recruit passive candidates and possess the mentality to "profile people” and based on skill set and fitment. Understand their motivation.
• Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management; conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratio.
• Excellent sourcing skills using various channels e.g, Linkedin, Networking Sites, Headhunting, Portals, Referrals, Vendors etc.
