Roles & Responsibility
Verify and approve purchase requisitions and purchase orders in Ariba/ERP system
Assist in process of Procure-to Pay, generate, validate and maintain change of Purchase Order according to business needs
Negotiates with supplier for competitive pricing, contract terms as needed
Developing and implementing best practices to streamline procurement efficiencies
Engage in routine and complex document preparation; File management (SharePoint)
Analyzing the impact of proposed procurement policies and legislation that effect or impact business processes and monitor implementation
Prepare and publish KPI reports
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor s degree holder in B.com, BCS, with overall 5 years experience including minimum 3 years experience in Supply Chain
Strategic thinker with a high degree of initiative and integrity
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively at different levels, including Senior Management
Excellent written cum presentation skills
Be meticulous and organized, to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
