Documentation Specialist | Chennai | Immediate

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Documentation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and managing comprehensive documentation, including processes, training materials, and troubleshooting guides. Your work will be pivotal in ensuring operational consistency, improving employee onboarding, and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain detailed documentation, including SOPs, user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and workflows.
• Work with department leads to gather, synthesize, and document key processes and best practices.
• Develop training materials and support on boarding processes.
• Build and manage a centralized knowledge base for internal use.
• Regularly review and update documents to reflect changes in processes, tools, or compliance standards.
• Create visual aids such as flowcharts and diagrams to enhance understanding of complex procedures.

Qualifications:

• Strong technical writing and communication skills.
• Proficiency with documentation and project management tools (e.g., Confluence, Notion, Trello).
• Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio).
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• A background in training, process design, or technical writing is preferred.
• Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Technical Writing, Business Administration, or IT) or equivalent experience.
