Job Description :

We are looking for a hands-on Lead Full stack Developer to guide a team and contribute to the development of enterprise applications using Node.js and AWS.

This role requires a combination of strong technical expertise and leadership skills to drive projects successfully while mentoring team members.

Key duties/ responsibilities :

- Lead and collaborate with the development team to build scalable applications.

- Contribute to the design, development, and deployment of solutions using AWS and serverless frameworks.

- Review code, ensure adherence to best practices, and maintain high-quality standards.

- Support the team in resolving technical challenges and provide guidance on project tasks.

- Work closely with stakeholders to meet project timelines and deliverables.

Leadership Skills :

- Ability to guide and mentor junior team members.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Effective communication and team collaboration.

- Proactive in identifying risks and suggesting improvements.

Required Technical Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript (4+ years).

- Expertise with modern Node.js frameworks including Express.js and/or NestJS.

- Knowledge of ReactJS for frontend development.

- Solid experience with relational databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL).

- Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB or DynamoDB).

- Proficiency in Git version control.

- Strong knowledge of OOPS and common design patterns.

- Experience with REST API design and documentation.

- Experience with AWS services (ECS, Lambda etc.

- Proficiency with API documentation tools (Swagger/OpenAPI).

- Understanding of agile development practices.

- Familiarity with microservices architecture.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

- Knowledge of caching strategies & messaging systems is a plus.

Qualification : BCA/MCA or B.Tech.
