Ensure accurate and timely billing for products or services provided to customers or clients.Billing Systems: Manage billing software or systems, ensuring they are up to date and capable of handling the organization's billing needs efficiently.Invoicing: Generate and review invoices, ensuring they are error-free, compliant with billing regulations, and sent to customers or clients in a timely manner.Billing Disputes: Address and resolve billing disputes or discrepancies, working closely with customers, sales teams, and other relevant departments to ensure prompt resolution.Payment Collection: Supervise the process of collecting payments from customers, monitoring accounts receivable, and ensuring that outstanding balances are settled.Billing Policies: Develop and implement billing policies and procedures that comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.Reporting: Prepare and analyze billing reports to monitor revenue, identify trends, and ensure accurate financial tracking.Financial Planning Responsibilities:Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data, budgets, and forecasts to make informed decisions about the organization's financial planning and future goals.Budgeting: Develop and manage budgets, including revenue and expense planning, to support the financial stability and growth of the organization.Financial Strategy: Contribute to the development of financial strategies that align with the organization's overall objectives and long-term plans.Cost Control: Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement, working to optimize financial performance.Risk Management: Assess financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
