Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented NRI Sales Lead to drive sales growth and foster relationships with Non-Resident Indian (NRI) investors and clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the real estate market, especially catering to NRI clientele, and a proven track record in sales, client management, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Sales: Develop and execute strategies to generate leads, identify sales opportunities, and close real estate deals with NRI clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with NRI clients, addressing their specific real estate needs, investment preferences, and goals.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated with real estate market trends, especially in regions with high NRI demand, and provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Consultation: Provide expert advice on property investments, returns, legalities, and market conditions to NRI clients.
  • Negotiation & Closure: Lead the negotiation process, ensuring client satisfaction and timely closure of deals.
  • Networking: Participate in NRI community events, seminars, and online platforms to establish brand presence and expand the customer base.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all transactions are documented and comply with legal and regulatory requirements for NRI investments.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, legal, and finance to provide seamless services to NRI clients.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales, with a focus on NRI clients.
  • Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the real estate market trends, property laws, and investment options for NRIs.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential, knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
  • Client-Centric Approach: Ability to understand and address the unique needs of NRI clients.
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets, building relationships, and closing deals.
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field. A post-graduate degree or certification in real estate sales or marketing is a plus.
  • Time Zone Flexibility: Ability to work with clients from various international time zones.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with international clients, particularly those from the Middle East, UK, USA, or Southeast Asia.
  • Knowledge of real estate investment options like pre-launch properties, residential/commercial assets, and land.
  • Fluency in additional languages (e.g., Hindi, Tamil, Telugu) is advantageous.
