Overview: BHIVE Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead to manage and drive our business development efforts in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a background in International Property Consultancy (IPC) and/or with channel partner, ( ex. Knightfrank, colliers etc,) and with over 8-10 years of relevant experience. As the team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of 3-5 Senior and Junior Business Development Managers, ensuring the growth and success of our co-working spaces.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Team Leadership and Management Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 3-5 Senior and Junior Business Development Managers. Set clear objectives and performance expectations for the team. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
2. Client Relationship Management Act as the primary point of contact for clients, representing BHIVE Group in all interactions. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
3. Sales and Business Development Drive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for co-working spaces. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships. Develop and implement effective sales plans and campaigns.
4. Deal Management and Legal Compliance Oversee all aspects of deal negotiations, including agreements, addendums, and legal documentation. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Coordinate with legal teams to manage contractual obligations.
5. Renewals and Expansion To oversee efforts to renew existing client contracts and expand services. Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for growth and expansion. Manage client retention strategies to ensure high renewal rates.
6. Coordination Civil Project Management Oversee civil project work related to co-working spaces. Ensure proper follow-up so that projects are completed on time, and to the satisfaction of clients. Act as the business face during project execution, coordinating with internal and external teams.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Revenue Growth Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Increase revenue through new client acquisition and upselling to existing clients.
Team Performance Ensure the business development team meets or exceeds their individual targets. Maintain high levels of team engagement and morale.
Deal Closure Rate Achieve a high deal closure rate from leads generated. Reduce the sales cycle time.
Legal Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance with all legal and contractual obligations. Diligently manage all contract renewals and amendments
Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field. MBA preferred. 8-10+ years of experience in International Property Consultancy (IPC) or related industry.(Preferred) Proven track record in business development and sales management. Strong network and connections within the IPC community. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong negotiation and relationship management skills. Ability to manage complex projects and multitask effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
