This leadership position focuses on driving sales and marketing strategies for residential services and project marketing in the IPC domain. The ideal candidate will bring strategic thinking, a strong industry network, and the ability to manage large teams while delivering exceptional business outcomes.

- Develop and oversee sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives for residential projects.

- Provide thought leadership in market positioning, customer acquisition, and project marketing execution.

- Identify new business opportunities, expand client base, and lead high-value negotiations

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine strategies.

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.

- Mentoring and Achieving profitability in the Residential space PAN India.

- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with developers, investors, and stakeholders.

- Representing the organization in different forums, as and when necessary.

- Developing and maintaining relationships in the region and generate Promotion Campaigns and Special Offers.

- Organizing marketing activities, events in coordination with marketing team to create awareness of various properties, thus generating more number of leads.
