Requirements :

- Overall 4+years' experience

- Must have strong technical skill in ReactJS, Typescript and NodeJS

- Experience/good exposure in any cloud environment (AWS/Azure/GCP)

- Experience/good exposure in any databases(MongoDB/SQL/Postgre)

- Must be well versed in unit testing

- Experience working in Scrum/agile model of development

- Excellent communication skills

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage the development of MERN stack applications, ensuring quality and timely delivery

- Design and implement robust, scalable, and efficient architecture for the applications

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers

- Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring high performance and usability of the applications

- Perform code reviews to maintain code quality and best practices

- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in MERN stack development

- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and timelines
