One of my reputated client is actively trying to seek dynamic and results-driven- SaaS Product Growth and Strategy Manager to spearhead product-led growth initiatives and drive integrated marketing management strategies.

JOB DETAILS

Position Title : Business Manager (SaaS)- SaaS Product Growth and Strategy Manager

Leadership Role : Yes

Location : Noida Or Bangalore

Years of Experience : 7.5/ 8 Years to 12-14 Years of Experience

Position Report to : Chief of Staff/ CEO office

PRINCIPAL CRITERIAL

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in

1) SaaS Product Management Sales/ Product Management Growth

2) Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies

3) Integrated Marketing Management

4) P&L ownership/ P&L Responsibilities

5) Market Insights and Product Strategy

6) Sales Enablement and Management

PLEASE NOTE :

A) As far as Sales factor is concerned, the candidate will Partner with the sales team to develop tools, training, and resources for effective SaaS product selling.

B) Support Enterprise sales processes by providing strategic insights and solution-based approaches.

This role demands a visionary professional who can align cross-functional teams to achieve SaaS Product growth objectives while ensuring profitability and scalability.

Clients need someone who can take the business landscape from from 10-100 journey with reference to SaaS Product Prospective and can support and give small contribution in Sales.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

1) 7+ years of experience in product management or business management, preferably in the SaaS industry.

2) Proven expertise in driving SaaS product growth and implementing GTM strategies.

3) Demonstrated experience in managing P&L responsibilities and achieving revenue targets.

4) Entrepreneurs who has established his/ her Own SaaS Products and want to collaborate in corporate space is also welcome.
