Head - Marketing Communications
Marketing Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's business goals and vision.
- Lead the marketing department, ensuring that all marketing activities are aligned with the company's strategic priorities and brand identity.
- Monitor and evaluate market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform decision-making and identify new growth opportunities.
- Oversee marketing campaigns across various channels including Digital (SEO, SMO, Website, Influencer Marketing), ATL (TV, Print, Radio, Outdoor), BTL (Shop Branding, Product Displays, Exclusive Showroom, Retail Activation), Events (Product Launch, Distributor/Dealer Meets, Retailer Meet), Exhibitions (Industry Specific & Trade), PR (Electronic, Print & Digital)
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
Brand Management:
- Develop and manage the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and communication platforms.
- Oversee the design and execution of creative assets for branding, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to execute branding and rebranding initiatives.
- Monitor brand health through market research and consumer feedback, implementing adjustments to improve brand equity.
Team Management & Development:
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of marketing and branding professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and innovation.
- Provide guidance and support to direct reports, ensuring that team members are aligned with organizational goals and personal development.
- Ensure the team has the necessary skills, resources to meet the department's objectives.
Performance Metrics & Reporting:
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing and branding initiatives.
- Use analytics to continuously optimize marketing strategies, improving efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with other departments such as Sales, Product Development, and Customer Service to ensure cohesive marketing strategies that drive business results.
- Build relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing efforts.
- Engage with senior leadership to provide regular updates on marketing initiatives and strategic plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred
