IT Security Engineer

Job Description
Education: Graduate in IT (BSc IT, BSc Computer Science, Cyber Security or BE/ BTech)
Technical Skills: Basic understanding of IT security principles, compliance standards, and network concepts.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document and explain technical concepts clearly.
Problem-Solving: Basic troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Experience: Experience on IT security or compliance is preferred
Certifications: Entry-level certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or similar
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Security Monitoring: Support in monitoring security systems and alerts to identify potential threats or compliance issues.
Compliance Assistance: Assist in monitoring and ensuring adherence to IT compliance policies and regulations.
Documentation Management: Help maintain and update security documentation, including policies, procedures, and compliance records.
Incident Response Support: Assist with the documentation and initial investigation of security incidents and help escalate issues as needed.
Help Desk Support: Provide basic support for IT security-related help desk tickets and inquiries from internal users.
