Job Description


Job description
  • Should have good component level knowledge of Servers, Storage, Tape libraries & Network devices .
  • Should be able to change the hardware parts of Servers , Storages and Network devices .
  • Should have hands on experience in troubleshooting hardware issues in Servers, Storages and Network devices .
  • Should be able to configure RAID in Servers .
  • Responding to Client Support Request through Web , email and Phone .
  • Should be flexible to work in shifts in case if required .
  • Should have good Communication skills in English.
  • Should have 2 wheeler .
  • Should be flexible for intra and interstate travel.
  • Hardware vendor coordination


Qualifications and Experience
  • Any Graduate, B. Tech/B.E.
  • Experience : 3 - 5 years
