The Role: More than Just Running Ads.
This is not your typical performance marketing job.
You'll be at the core of Futurense's growth strategy, working on multi-channel campaigns that blend creativity, data, and business acumen.
You won't just manage budgets; you'll own the strategy, optimize audience engagement, and directly impact revenue growth.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning (The Thinker):
- Before a cohort launches: Design full-funnel growth strategies-from awareness to enrolment-tailored to each AI program's market positioning.
- During cohort cycles: Pivot quickly if lead flow dips, CPL spikes, or conversion rates falter-owning the agility needed for rapid course correction.
- Execution with precision: Identify the right target audiences, messaging, and platforms-then execute and iterate.
Budget Mastery (The Investor):
- Pre-cohort budget planning: Allocate spends across channels, factoring in ticket size, projected CPLs, CTRs, and conversion rates.
- Live campaign adjustments: Optimize ad spend dynamically to maximize ROI while keeping CPL in check.
Creative & Content Strategy (The Storyteller):
- Deep competitor research: Craft copy and design strategies that differentiate our offerings in a saturated AI education space.
- Creative testing & iteration: Work with designers and copywriters to test variations, refining performance in real-time.
Search & Keyword Optimisation (The Scientist):
- Strategic keyword selection: Identify, test, and refine high-intent keywords to improve lead quality and cost efficiency.
- Ongoing search term analysis: Remove underperforming keywords before they drain budgets.
Campaign Performance & Growth Hacking (The Optimiser).
- Daily ad monitoring: Manage Google, Meta, and LinkedIn ads, tracking CTR, CPC, CPL, impressions, and traffic.
- Real-time optimisations: Adjust budgets, bids, and audience segments based on performance signals.
- A/B testing: Run experiments on creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and CTAs to enhance conversion rates.
Data-Driven Decision Making (The Analyst).
- Lead tracking & funnel analysis: Monitor daily trends in lead generation, enrolments, and conversion rates.
- Lead quality measurement: Assess the effectiveness of campaigns by analysing sales-qualified leads (SQLs).
- Audience Targeting & Retargeting (The Growth Architect).
- Hyper-segmentation: Build precise custom audiences for lookalike and remarketing campaigns.
- Behavioural experimentation: Test new targeting approaches based on user behavior and engagement signals.
- ROI & Budget Tracking (The CFO Mindset).
- Daily spend tracking: Ensure budgets are allocated optimally without waste.
- CPL optimisation: Constantly iterate to keep CPL efficient while maintaining high-quality enrolments.
