Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing & Digital Growth Leader with over 10 years of experience to drive brand building, digital strategy, demand generation, and partnership management. The ideal candidate will be adept at executing innovative marketing campaigns, building strategic alliances, and expanding brand visibility across various platforms. You will be responsible for formulating and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to accelerate business growth and ensure a strong digital presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Growth Strategy:
- Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
- Leverage various digital platforms (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing) to create an omnichannel experience.
- Track digital trends and consumer insights to optimize digital campaigns and channels for maximum ROI.
Brand Building & Management:
- Define and execute a strong brand positioning strategy to enhance the brand's visibility and perception in the market.
- Lead initiatives to increase brand equity, ensuring consistency in messaging and creative storytelling across all digital and offline touchpoints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and design, to align brand messaging with business goals.
Social Media Strategy:
- Design and execute a social media strategy that drives engagement and builds a loyal online community across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Utilize performance analytics and KPIs to monitor social media campaigns and ensure measurable growth in followers, engagement rates, and conversions.
- Identify emerging social media trends and implement them as part of the overall content and marketing strategy.
Demand Generation:
- Drive demand generation initiatives through digital advertising, email marketing, and inbound marketing strategies to attract, nurture, and convert leads.
- Implement A/B testing, funnel optimization, and customer journey mapping to enhance campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing activities with revenue generation and lead management efforts.
Partnerships & Events:
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with industry leaders, influencers, and other businesses to expand the brand's reach.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute both digital and in-person events (conferences, webinars, industry meetups) to promote brand presence and generate leads.
- Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure seamless collaboration and project execution.
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a dynamic team of marketing professionals, providing strategic direction and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Establish clear KPIs, performance metrics, and feedback mechanisms to measure team performance and individual contributions.
- Manage budget allocation for marketing initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum return on investment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, brand management, demand generation, and partnerships.
- Proven track record in developing and scaling digital growth strategies.
- Expertise in social media marketing, content marketing, SEO/SEM, and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience leading marketing teams and managing cross-functional projects.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B and B2C industries, particularly in high-growth sectors.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong network in the digital and media landscape.
