What your current role should be like?
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in product/project management within the product management, growth, product marketing, performance marketing, revenue realisation or related roles.
- Plan, execute, and drive optimization efforts for digital acquisition campaigns
- Being part of a 0-1 product development cycle in a consumer facing product with at least 100.000 transactions a day
- Utilize automation, data analysis, and other marketing tools to drive campaign optimization
- Oversee collaborative efforts across various departments for product marketing projects, enhancing communication, brand engagement, and revenue growth through effective planning and the introduction of new features, products, and initiatives.
- Apply innovative concepts, market analysis, customer feedback, and data insights to design strategic go-to-market plans that build a strong market presence and foster enthusiasm within the ecosystem, thereby driving campaign effectiveness.
- Drive collaboration with both internal teams and external partners, including product
management, engineering, content, community, marketing, and creative sectors, to ensure a fluid transition from product development to launch for new offerings and features.

What will you do?
- Media Planning: Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute growth-oriented marketing strategies that drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target audience.
- Conversion Rate Optimization: Analyze transaction data and user behavior to identify opportunities for optimization, conversion rate improvement, and revenue growth.
- Monetization Efforts: Identify and establish go-to-market strategies to monetize partnerships for mutually beneficial outcomes
- Project and Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end project and campaign execution, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Business Growth: Identify, plan, and execute business growth initiatives through AdTech & partnership.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously improve growth and performance marketing initiatives.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to inform growth strategies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, design, and engineering teams in a multicultural environment to ensure the successful implementation of growth initiatives.
