Sales Manager - Motor Dealer DSA

Role & responsibilities

• Developing strategic business and sales plans, ensuring company goals are met; initiating and coordinating development of action plans to enter new markets; assisting in implementing.
• marketing plans; reviewing performances of Dealers, DSA, Agencts and helping them improve sales.
• Business Development : Establish new business by recruiting Dealers, DSA, Agencts for FGII, developing and maintaing relationship with them to get the best possible outcome.
• Dealership Recruitment : Responsible for providing periodical training to the recruited agents about FGII products and process.
• Training to the agents
• Maintaining records of sales and pricings; creating and presenting proposals; and controlling expenses to meet budget guidelines, among others.
