Business Development Manager Investment & Merchant Banking
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Generating Leads, Arranging events and webinars.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored financial solutions.
- Preparing Meeting Notes, Pitch Books, Investor Presentation, Financial Modeling, Proposals to PE Funds/bankers.
- Identifying and sourcing deals by mapping prospective clients/avenues, conducting promoter meetings.
- Attend industry conferences, networking events, and seminars to promote the company and establish connections.
- Conducting one to one interaction with prospective clients for deal origination.
- Appraising client on entire process and ensuring deployment of client officials on the task.
- Carrying out site visit/client visit for obtaining information/documents for purposes.
- Acting as sole point of coordination for intermediaries involved such as Legal Advisors, R&TA, Peer review Auditor, P&R agencies, Printers for ensuring seamless work flow.
- Analyst meets and interactive sessions for issue marketing & equity placement and finalizing marketing/advertisement matters.
Qualification/Skills Required:
- C.A./ C.S. or MBA.
- At least 5+ years of experience in Investment Banking & Merchant Banking with strong understanding of merchant banking product and services.
- Skills to identify and establish contact with new/prospective clients and managing contacts with industry leaders, professionals etc.
- Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently and in team.
- Highly driven, detail-oriented, diligent with strong analytical, communication and writing skills.
