UI/UX Designer (2+ years of Experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing user-friendly and visually appealing web and mobile applications. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive interfaces that enhance the user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve designs.
• Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and accessibility.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of UI designs.
• Stay updated on UI/UX best practices, emerging trends, and industry tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in UI/UX design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.).
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.
• Knowledge of accessibility and usability standards.
• Ability to create interactive prototypes and wireframes.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with motion design and animations.
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
• Understanding of front-end development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.
• Prior experience working in Agile development environments.
