,- Provide technical support within the agreed Service Levels
- Perform Database software installation, upgrades and apply relevant patches
- Perform Database migrations, upgradations cloud, intra platform or inter platforms
- Expertise in Oracle Versions :- 12c,19c, RAC, OGG & OEM
- Build and Deploy/Implement Solutions. Perform Capacity Planning and DR Planning.
- Troubleshooting and fixing incidents
- Clone one environment from another
- Database backup / restore & recovery.
- Data Archival activities
- Assist the development community with the resolution of miscellaneous queries and problems
- Database space management
- Implementing releases / service requests
- Server monitoring including health checks at server level and database level
- Timely escalation of issues to Team Lead or appropriate channel
- Performance and Tuning of database
- Golden Gate Replication .
