Salesforce Application Testing and Selenium automation professional

you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, performance, and functionality of Salesforce automation systems and applications.

You will design and execute test cases, identify defects, and work collaboratively with the development team to ensure high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:Test Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop comprehensive test plans, including test objectives, strategies, and scope.Test Case Design: Create detailed test cases and test scripts based on functional requirements, user stories, and use cases.

Test Execution: Execute test cases to identify defects, verify system functionality, and validate that Salesforce automation solutions meet specified requirements.Regression Testing: Perform regression testing to ensure that new features and enhancements do not negatively impact existing functionality.

Automated Testing: Develop and maintain automated test scripts using testing tools (e.g., Selenium) to streamline testing processes.

Defect Identification: Identify, document, and prioritize defects, and collaborate with the development team to facilitate their resolution.

Performance Testing: Conduct performance testing to assess system scalability and response times, and make recommendations for improvements.

Security Testing: Perform security testing to identify vulnerabilities and recommend measures to enhance system security.User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Support end-users during UAT to ensure that solutions meet their requirements and expectations.Test Reporting: Generate test reports and provide feedback to project stakeholders regarding the quality and readiness of Salesforce automation solutions.

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and test results.Collaboration: Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure efficient testing and issue resolution.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Several years of professional experience in software testing, with a focus on Salesforce automation systems.

Proficiency in test case design, test execution, and defect tracking.Strong understanding of Salesforce automation, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products.

Experience with automated testing tools and scripting (e.g., Selenium, Apex, or Salesforce-specific tools).Analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and teamwork skills.Preferred Qualifications:Salesforce certifications related to development or administration.

Knowledge of Salesforce APIs and integration testing.Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for Salesforce.

Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
