- Excellent Communication Skills
- Exceptionally good at Time & Customer Management
- Well-versed with Best Practices to be followed in Support/AMS Projects
- Ability to talk to customers and drive the discussion for Incident resolution
- Analyze the incidents and come up with detailed analysis or root cause.
- Any SAP Relevant Certification and prior experience in dealing with US Customer
