Job Description
- Worked as a Technical Scrum master, leading software engineering team(s) for ideally
- 10+years with user centric applications/platforms in the financial services / capital markets industry Full software development life-cycle
- Waterfall, 3+years in Agile (Scrum/Kanban)
- Must have proven track record in successfully building, releasing and maintaining large client centric Digital / Web enterprise systems in a complex technology environment
- Have a solid technical background, adaptable and able to work effectively across different teams and functions
- Strong people management skills with capability to mentor and coach
- Ability to communicate program/project status, dependencies, risks in a clear and concise manner
- Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Gitlab, SharePoint etc
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal communication
