The role requires an experienced business analyst, combined with strong functional knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM Sales Marketing module particularly specializing in Marketing module
The CRM BA will be responsible for understanding business needs related to customer relationship management, analyzing requirements, and translating them into actionable solutions within the CRM system
The CRM BA should be having - 5 years + experience in similar roles, working with Dynamics CRM Strong preference for finance sector experience Proven experience of translating end user requirements into software capabilities Strong analytical skills Self-motivated and organized
Ability to prioritize carefully, working across multiple workstreams and to multiple deadlines
Excellent communicator both written and verbal
Must be comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders
Great team player
Must be able to collaborate positively and inclusively within large teams
Enthusiasm for learning new skills and systems
Experience of building POCs/presales
Agile delivery experience Experience of working with sensitive data and complex access/security models Experience of working with integrations across multiple platforms
