Job Description
Total Yrs. of Experience* 5 to 10 years Relevant Yrs. of experience* 5 years Detailed JD *(Roles and Responsibilities) Bachelors (IT/Computer Science Preferred); masters degree preferred (IT/Computer Science Preferred) or equivalent experience. At least 5 years experience in industry Experienced in Python Programming and familiar with python modules and packages for data science and data analytics.
Python Engineers will work closely with Developers to develop, manage, deploy and operate and Python applications. Experience with Cloud hosting services in Azure including Azure Data Analytics services, distributed databases (Cosmo DB), Azure AI and Machine Learning Services Experience with big data environments and compute cluster management Strong understating of DevOps functions & ability to automate manual processes & deployments Experience with managing deployments using containers ex Docker/Kubernetes
Strong understanding of databases in terms of installation, configuration, managing backups, file-spaces, performance tuning Proficient in scripting languages like shell scripts, batch scripts, python, XML, Maven
Proficient in batch job scheduling tools like Autosys, Control-M, Tivoli etc. Proficient in build & packaging tools like Puppet, Maven, ant, msbuild, etc.
Proficient with managing code repository systems like GIT, SVN & continuous integration environment s like Jenkins, TeamCity, Cruise control Mandatory skills* Python Engineer, Scrum Master
