Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage financial activities for all branches within the designated area.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance against targets.
• Support in the preparation and review of financial statements and reports.

• Ensure financial policies, procedures, and controls are implemented effectively at all locations.
• Collaborate with branch managers to resolve financial and operational challenges.
• Team Leadership
• Supervise and support the finance teams across the assigned area.
• Provide training and guidance on financial policies, tools, and best practices.
• Monitor team performance and conduct regular appraisals.
• Build a positive and collaborative working environment.
• Strategic Planning and Support
• Contribute to the development of financial strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Identify and assess risks, proposing mitigation strategies.
