Role & responsibilities

Furnishka - A high-growth start up is seeking an experienced and professional Finance Manager to join our team.

This position will play a key role in the organizations Accounts and compliances, month close

activities and reporting. The Finance Manager will have to work closely with the founders and make

sure the books are maintained accurately and on time.

Fresh Chartered accountant or a CA with 2-5 years pf experience, should be very strong in accounts.

Job Description

• Manage the entire accounts and finance function for the organization
• Revenue recognition, Deferred revenue and accrued revenue working and reconciliation with

invoicing

• Vendor management, reconciliations and timely payments
• All compliances, including GST returns, TDS returns, Internal & Statutory audit.
• Preparing monthly MIS in time bound manner (within 7 days)
• Variance analysis
• Build and Manage team, training of team members
• Should be able to handle secretarial matters

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates with Big 4 experience, articles ship in Big 4, will be given preference.

• Willing to work with in a Series funded start up and build solid SOPs and execute them on

ground.

• Excellent analytical ability
• Good verbal and written communication skills as the candidate will need to coordinate with

various operation team members

• Willing to work hard as the reporting activities are timebound and reporting to board and

investors is critical

• Team Player
• Proficiency in excel is a must
• Experience in manufacturing will be added advantage
