Translate product requirements into detailed specifications, including feature sets, user stories, and technical specifications. Lead the product development process, managing timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure timely and successful product launches. Prototype, iterate, and test product concepts using agile methodologies and rapid prototyping techniques. Work closely with engineering teams to ensure product feasibility, quality, and scalability throughout the development lifecycle. Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to iterate on existing products and drive continuous improvement. Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform product roadmap decisions.
