Business Analyst (Artificial Intelligence & Data-Driven Solutions)

We are on the hunt for a skilled Business Analyst (minimum 8 yrs of experience) with expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) to drive our digital transformation initiatives and harness the power of AI to unlock business potential. As a critical part of our AI and Analytics team, you will identify and analyze business needs, design AI-powered use cases , and ensure the seamless adoption of emerging technologies to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about connecting business goals with innovative AI technologies while staying ahead of the curve in AI trends and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Analysis and Requirement Engineering:

• Collaborate with key stakeholders (business leaders, product teams, and IT) to gather and document requirements for AI-driven solutions and use cases.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify areas where AI can bring measurable business value.
• Create detailed functional requirement documents, use cases, and process flows.
• Define KPIs and success metrics for AI solutions.

2. AI-Driven Solution Design and Evaluation:

• Research, recommend, and evaluate AI tools, platforms, and frameworks relevant to business challenges.
• Prioritize business use cases for AI implementation based on impact, feasibility, and ROI.

3. Data Insights and Visualization:

• Collect data to ensure the cleansing, and preparation of data AI use cases.
• Leverage AI tools to derive actionable insights and present findings to stakeholders in intuitive visual formats.

4. Project Management and Delivery:

• Define AI use cases timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Track and report on the progress of AI initiatives to ensure they align with business goals.

5. AI Training and Adoption:

• Attend training sessions to get educated on AI use cases and solutions.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Certifications in AI or Data Analytics (e.g., Google AI, Microsoft AI Fundamentals, IBM AI Engineering) are highly desirable. (Optional)

Professional Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or related role in technology, consulting, or AI-focused environments.
• Proven track record of documenting AI solutions and AI use cases for a business.

Business Acumen:

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate business problems and design AI-enabled solutions.
• Deep knowledge of process mapping, business process re-engineering, etc.
• Ability to conduct cost-benefit analysis and present ROI for AI initiatives.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration.
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Understanding of ethical AI principles and data privacy regulations such as GDPR.
• Experience in Agile project management frameworks.
