AI System Architect - Financial/Equity/Wealth Management

• Design the architecture of a cutting-edge self-learning AI-based stock recommendation system
• Expertise in AI/ML technologies, system design, and financial domain knowledge (preferred).
• Take ownership of the architectural blueprint, ensuring scalability, security, and real-time processing capabilities for delivering high-performance solutions.

• Define the overall architecture for a self-learning AI-based stock recommendation system, including data pipelines, model training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Ensure the system can process real-time market data, perform predictions, and provide actionable insights at scale.

• Develop a technology roadmap aligned with business objectives, focusing on AI/ML, cloud computing, and big data.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend their integration into the system.

• Design robust data pipelines to ingest, clean, and process large volumes of structured and unstructured financial data.
• Architect seamless integration with APIs, data feeds, and external sources such as market data providers and news outlets.

• Architect the AI/ML model lifecycle, including data preprocessing, training, validation, deployment, and continuous learning.
• Ensure modularity and reusability of components to enable rapid experimentation with new models.

• Architect systems for high availability and low-latency performance to handle real-time stock market dynamics.
• Implement distributed computing and parallel processing techniques to scale model training and inference.

• Incorporate robust security measures for data protection and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Design systems to prevent data breaches, model biases, and unauthorized access.

• Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to ensure the architectural vision is effectively implemented.

• Define monitoring frameworks for system health, performance, and model accuracy.
• Architect self-healing mechanisms and optimization strategies for model and system performance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Education : Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
2. Experience : 7+ years in software/system architecture, with 5+ years in AI/ML system design.
   Experience architecting solutions for financial applications or similar high-performance systems.
3. Technical Expertise : Proficient in designing AI/ML systems using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn or similar.
   Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
   Strong understanding of big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka.
   Proficiency in designing real-time systems with low-latency processing capabilities.
   Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and tools for integrating financial data sources.
4. Architectural Skills : Deep understanding of microservices, event-driven architectures, and distributed systems.
   Experience designing fault-tolerant, scalable, and secure systems for high-availability environments.
5. Domain Knowledge : Understanding of financial markets, trading algorithms, portfolio optimization, and risk management. Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the financial domain (e.g., GDPR, SEC regulations).
