Summary:As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Utilize development skills to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client services, leveraging new technologies with a cloud-first and agile mindset.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the design and development of software applications.

Implement best practices for software development.

Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Cloud Application Architecture.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Okta Identity Management.

Automation Development and Management:

Develop and maintain automation scripts and workflows for user lifecycle management using PowerShell and other scripting languages.

Integrate IAM processes with platforms such as Microsoft Entra (Azure AD), Okta, LDAP, and Linux.

System Integration and Administration:

Administer and configure IAM systems (Microsoft Entra, Okta, LDAP) to support automated processes.

Build and maintain connectors and APIs for integration with business applications and ServiceNow.

Monitoring and Troubleshooting:

Monitor automated processes to ensure they run smoothly and address any issues or failures promptly.

Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions to enhance process efficiency and reliability.

Compliance and Documentation:

Ensure IAM processes and automation solutions comply with PCI, SOC 2, and other regulatory standards as conveyed by SAP.

Document workflows, system configurations, and maintain audit trails to meet compliance requirements.

Assist in preparing for and passing audits related to IAM processes and security controls.

Strong scripting skills in PowerShell; experience with Python is a plus.

Proficiency in IAM platforms:Microsoft Entra (Azure AD), Okta, LDAP, and Linux administration.

Experience with workflow systems like ServiceNow.

Familiarity with PCI, SOC 2, or other regulatory standards

Strong understanding of cloud application architecture principles.

Experience in developing scalable and secure cloud applications.

Proficient in backend development using cloud technologies.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Cloud Application Architecture.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
