Role Overview Description
Job Title: Full Stack Developer

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in modern web technologies and backend development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with frontend frameworks like React, state management with Redux, and TypeScript. On the backend, they should be comfortable with Java-based frameworks, specifically Spring Boot and Webflux, to build responsive and scalable applications. This is a great opportunity to work on high-impact projects in a collaborative and fast-paced
environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain frontend applications using React.js, Redux, and TypeScript to create responsive, intuitive, and high-performance user interfaces.
* Design and implement backend microservices with Spring Boot WebFlux, focusing on reactive programming principles to ensure scalability and efficiency.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions that deliver business value.
* Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications on both the frontend and backend.
* Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code while following best practices for web development, including unit testing, code reviews, and continuous integration.
* Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability through proactive improvements and optimizations.
* Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack as they arise, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on end-users.
* Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, advocating for best practices and innovative solutions.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* 6+ years of experience in full stack development, with a strong focus on modern web technologies.

Required Skills
* Frontend:
Proficient in React.js, Redux, and TypeScript for building user interfaces.
Experience with HTML5, CSS3, React hook form and responsive design principles.
Strong understanding of state management and handling complex UI interactions.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating backend services with frontend applications.
* Backend:
Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Spring WebFlux for building reactive, non-blocking microservices.
Strong knowledge of Java and related frameworks.
Understanding of microservices architecture and reactive programming principles.
Experience working with databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and optimizing data storage and retrieval.
* Additional Skills:
Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment practices.
Knowledge of containerization and cloud services (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, AWS) is a plus.
