Full Stack Developer - PHP/React.js (6-9 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer Lead with extensive experience in PHP, Laravel, React, Angular, and Next.js to lead our development team. In this role, you will drive technical excellence, guide project execution, and mentor a team of developers.

While proficiency in backend PHP and Laravel frameworks is essential, you will also work on the frontend with modern JavaScript frameworks, providing technical direction and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Familiarity with Strapi CMS is a plus.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the development of web applications with a focus on quality, scalability, and maintainability.

- Architect, design, and implement both backend (PHP, Laravel) and frontend (React, Next.js, Angular) solutions.

- Manage and mentor team members, conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance.

- Ensure effective collaboration across teams for seamless project execution.

- Optionally, integrate Strapi CMS for advanced content management solutions.

- Act as a key technical liaison, bridging communication between teams and stakeholders.

Experience : 6-9 Years

Technical Expertise :

- Backend : Advanced proficiency in PHP and Laravel

- Frontend : Strong skills in React, Next.js, and Angular

- CMS (Optional) : Experience with Strapi is a plus

- Proven experience leading a team of developers, with strong project and people management skills.

- Excellent communication skills to convey technical requirements and collaborate effectively.

- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Previous experience as a team lead or in a senior technical role.
