- Lead the design and development of Java and ReactJS-based applications

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices

- Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in Java and ReactJS development

Requirements :

- 5+ years of relevant professional experience

- 2+ year of relevant leadership experience

- Expertise in Java and ReactJS development, with a strong understanding of Java frameworks such as Spring Boot/Axon

- Proven experience in designing and developing scalable, high-performance applications

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Good communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team

- Fluent English language skills (B2+)
