Job Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to drive sales in the elevator industry. The role involves visiting construction sites, engaging with key decision-makers, and providing tailored solutions to meet client needs. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, market knowledge, and a proven ability to close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit construction sites and connect with concerned persons (builders, contractors, architects, etc.).
• Present and explain the company's elevator and escalator products, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions.
• Prepare and submit quotations and proposals based on client needs.
• Negotiate terms and close deals effectively.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the elevator, escalator, or construction-related industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
• Knowledge of market trends and competitor activities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
