Job Description
- Assist in day to day execution of quotations, maintain client portfolios.
- Schedule appointments with new and existing clients.
- Follow up with customers for enquiries.
- Prepare and provide accurate and competitive quotations.
- Prepare daily / weekly / monthly sales plan.
- Coordinate with Production department for scheduling the production.
- Coordinate with Logistics for dispatch of materials at site on time.
- Follow up for recovery of payment and delayed payments.
- Prepare and maintain all commercial documents related to sales.
- Prepare and present all sales information on a weekly/monthly basis to seniors within timeliness agreed upon.
- Handle SAP system related to sales function.
- Accomplish sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
