Operations Executive - Consumer Electronics

We provide customers on site service in more than 45 cities. Were looking for a passionate and organized individual to help manage the daily work of our field service engineers, you will be a key part the Customer Experience & Workforce Management team.

Role & Responsibilities

1. Planning and Coordination:

• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly plans for field operations to meet organizational goals
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of field activities with overall business strategies
• Implement efficient routing and scheduling for field executives to maximize productivity and minimize travel time

2. Team Management:

• Supervise and lead a team of field executives, providing guidance, support and training as needed
• Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance, implementing improvements and addressing any issues that may arise

3. Communication:

• Act as a bridge between field staff and higher management, conveying important information, updates, and feedback
• Build clear communication channels within the field team to enhance collaboration and information flow

4. Quality Control:

• Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure that field activities adhere to established standards and procedures
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement

5. Problem Resolution:

• Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during field operations promptly and effectively
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement solutions and preventive measures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or any other field
• Excellent communication in English and interpersonal abilities
• Familiarity with basic software tools such as Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and any other tools relevant to the industry
• Understanding of Google Maps and ability to use it optimally
• Understanding of different geographies of India and cities
