Operational Support: Oversee daily operational activities, ensuring facilities are maintained to the highest standards and services are delivered effectively.
Manpower Coordination: Coordinate maintenance staff and other operational teams, allocate resources, and manage schedules to ensure all facility-related tasks are completed on time.
Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, handling requests, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction with services such as cleaning, maintenance, and security.
Facility Management: Assist with managing and maintaining facility systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building upkeep.
Reporting: Monitor operational performance, create regular reports on key metrics, and ensure compliance with facility standards and safety regulations.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement, recommend and help implement strategies for better service delivery and operational efficiency.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations in all activities.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and staff.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle various operational tasks.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with facility management software and tools (preferred).
Problem-solving skills and the ability to address issues as they arise.
Previous experience in facility management or a related field (preferred).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
