Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Flutter Developer to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with building cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter, along with a solid understanding of API creation in Node.js. Additionally, experience with Flutter Web is required to help expand our application reach across different platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Flutter Development: Build, test, and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter for both iOS and Android.
• API Development: Design and develop robust, scalable APIs using Node.js to power mobile app functionality.
• Flutter Web: Implement and optimize Flutter Web applications, ensuring compatibility and performance across all modern browsers.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the backend, UI/UX, and product teams to deliver seamless and high-quality user experiences.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following industry best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshooting & Debugging: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Flutter, Node.js APIs, and Flutter Web deployments.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize application performance, focusing on both mobile and web platforms.
• Testing: Write unit and integration tests to ensure application reliability and stability.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in Flutter, Node.js, and web development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in developing applications using Flutter for both iOS and Android.
• Strong understanding of Node.js for building RESTful APIs endpoints.
• Experience with Flutter Web development and the challenges associated with cross-platform development.
• Solid understanding of Dart programming language and experience with state management in Flutter Bloc.
• Experience working with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with modern web technologies like HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and a keen eye for detail in implementing designs.
• Experience with Firebase or other backend-as-a-service platforms is a plus.
• RESTful API and JSON experience for integrating mobile apps with backend services.
• Strong debugging skills and performance tuning for both mobile and web applications.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in an agile team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile and web applications.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Knowledge of Docker and containerized environments for API deployments.
• Exposure to serverless architect tures and deployment practices.

Qualifications: Experience in handling authentication and authorization in web and mobile apps (OAuth, JWT).

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• At least 2+ years of professional experience in Flutter development.
• At least 1+ year of experience with Node.js API development.
