Front End Developer- ReactJS

Objectives of this role

• Build client-focused, next-generation web applications
• Support full-stack web development by applying agile methodologies for sprint planning, design sessions, development, testing, and deployment
• Oversee diverse, cohesive teams for high-quality delivery to clients
• Design, develop, test, and enhance software solutions

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build responsive, accessible, and scalable web interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (Angular, React etc.).
• Work closely with designers to transform visual designs into interactive and functional user interfaces.
• Develop reusable UI components and libraries for consistent design and user experience.
• Ensure UI designs are compatible with multiple browsers and platforms (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari, etc.).
• Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and services, ensuring all use cases are handled correctly.
• Collaborate with UX designers to implement and enhance existing screens.
• Support testing team to resolve customer issues.
• Use Git for version control and participate in code reviews and continuous integration processes.
• Maintain clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

REQUIREMENTS

Primary Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a software UI developer delivering User Interfaces for large-scale, enterprise-wide web applications on cloud platforms
• Experience on React with expertise in State Management.
• Developing and maintaining web applications using TypeScript
• Strong Vanilla JavaScript skills required.
• Strong experience with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks like React, Angular, Oracle Jet.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and how to build intuitive interfaces.
• Knowledge of responsive design techniques and frameworks
• Experience with front-end debugging tools
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating APIs and JSON into frontend applications.
• Experience with UI technologies such as JQueryUI, React.js, Preact.js, Knockout.js, Require.js, and Node.js

Special considerations if any

• Experience in working on products that have transitioned to 'Cloud' from a deployment perspective would be an added advantage.
• Collaboration and project management tools: JIRA, Confluence
• Energetic, Attention to details, software quality and ability to work independently.
• Relevant experience in Service-oriented architecture for cloud-based services
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a geographically distributed organization.

• Dedicated, ready to learn and adopt depending on customer / organization needs
• Excellent communication skills
• Should be able to work in Agile model and some exposure to Agile will be preferable.
