Job Title: Front-End Developer (Flutter)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Front-End Developer specializing in Flutter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality mobile applications for our banking solutions, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain mobile and web applications using Flutter.
• Collaborate with designers and backend developers to implement new features and enhance existing ones.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Flutter Developer (No academic Projects / Showcase Banking or financial projects).
• High Proficiency in Dart programming language.
• Working Knowledge of creating widgets and reusable components
• Working Knowledge of state management solutions in Flutter (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, etc.).
• Working knowledge of MVC, MVVM etc frameworks
• Experience with RESTful APIs to connect Flutter applications to backend services.
• Working knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Working Knowledge of mobile app security best practices.
• Experience with UI/UX design principles and tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD).
• Working Knowledge with Agile/Scrum methodologies and test-driven development (TDD).

Additional Skills Preferred :

• Understanding of banking and financial services industry requirements.
