LoadShare Networks - Frontend Developer (3-8 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Assist in planning and implementation of projects and modules as per business and product requirements.

- Build reusable UI components and framework based systems.

- Deliver products to QA that they believe are well-baked and bug-free.

- Assist QA in identifying and validating test cases and identify regression risks in their features.

- Participate extensively in code reviews and pairing.

Key Result Areas :

- Timeliness of delivery as per plan.

- Quality of deliverables

- Defects in QA, Post Production

- Performance bottlenecks in production

- Coding quality.

Key Skills & Background :

- B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent.

- Strong development and coding experience.

- Experience in frameworks like ReactNative.

- Solid understanding of core CS fundamental concepts including data structures, algorithms, design patterns and problem solving.
