Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Trainer to deliver comprehensive training programs to our employees on technical domains.

- Along with the ability to effectively teach, engage, and assess learners. The role involves creating educational content, delivering training sessions, and staying up-to-date with the latest technological trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Deliver Technical Training:

- Design, develop, and deliver high-quality technical training programs for internal staff.

- Create detailed training materials, including presentations, manuals, guides, and e learning modules.

- Conduct training on various technical topics.

- Conduct hands-on, interactive training sessions, workshops, and webinars.

Assess Learning Outcomes:

- Evaluate learners' progress and provide feedback through tests, assignments, and practical exercises.

- Adapt training methods based on participant needs and feedback to ensure maximum engagement and effectiveness.

- Maintain records of learner progress and assessment results.

Provide Technical Support:

- Offer one-on-one support and mentorship to learners, assisting with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

- Be available to provide clarification on complex concepts or assist with post-training queries.

Stay Current with Industry Trends:

- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and technological advancements in relevant fields.

- Continuously update training materials to reflect the latest developments and technologies.

Customize Training Programs:

- Customize training content based on the audience's skill level and specific learning requirements.

- Tailor training for different learner types (e.g., beginners, intermediate, advanced).

Collaboration and Reporting:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as product managers, IT teams, HR) to align training programs with organizational goals.

- Provide regular reports on training effectiveness, participant feedback, and suggested improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

Educational Background:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields. (Master's degree preferred)

Experience:

- Proven experience as a technical trainer, instructor, or similar role.

- Hands-on experience in the technologies or platforms to be taught.

- Experience developing training materials and curriculum.

- Experience delivering training both in-person and through online platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).

Technical Skills:

- Expertise in the relevant technical domains.

- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), e-learning tools, and content creation software.

- Strong problem-solving skills and troubleshooting abilities.

Teaching and Communication Skills:

- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to explain complex concepts in simple, understandable terms.

- Experience adapting teaching techniques to meet diverse learning styles.

- Patience and a passion for teaching and mentoring.

Certifications (Preferred):

- Teaching or training certifications (e.g., Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+), CompTIA CTT+).
